We are pleased to also carry a range of gourmet products from Noosa River Smoke House. Their quality smoked fish, ranging from salmon to marlin, is smoked on site at Belmondos.

Viande Fine Food Merchants have an exclusive retail outlet within Belmondos. They have been supplying Noosa and Brisbane's finest restaurants with exclusive meat brands for many years.

The selection of meats include Grainge Beef, produced from Black Angus grain fed cattle, Tajima Wagyu striploin which is hormone and antibiotic free and Ambassador Lamb which is farmed in Victoria. You will also find White River Veal which is farmed in South Australia.

Dakota Vale Free range chickens are available with a variety of delicious marinates, rabbit and many other interesting meats cuts are available.

Both with the seafood and the meat, we offer prepared products that you are able to take home and pop straight in the oven or pan.
