Our fruit and vegetables are supplied by Suncoast Fresh, who are also major suppliers to various established restaurants here on the Sunshine Coast.
The purpose built fruit and vegetable room stocks produce which is market fresh daily. With daily rotation of stock by Suncoast Fresh along with the climate controlled room, the fruit and vegetables remain at their freshest.
Locally grown produce accounts for 30% of the fruit and vegetables that are available.
Locally grown fancy lettuces are at their peak at the moment along with vine tomatoes, add in a crisp cucumber and thin slices of red onion and you have a wonderful fresh salad for your Sunday BBQ.
