Rick Stein knows a thing or two about making exception food. Rick owns and runs four restaurants in a small Cornish fishing village of Padstow. He has written 11 cookery books, recorded several cookery series and a couple of one off documentaries.
Rick has expanded his talent and knowledge into opening a gift shop, patisserie, and a deli. For Steins Deli, Rick has created Savoury Oat Biscuits with Thyme or Cornish Sea Salt.
